Billing: How do I add Extra Billing info?

If you have any extra billing information such as; VAT ID, Business name, address etc. that you would like to add

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Billing
3. Go to Extra Billing Info
4. Select Add Info and put in any extra information

Billing: How do I connect my Stripe account?

At Park Turtle all payments are currently processed through Stripe. To connect your Stripe account

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Accounts
3. At the end of the Accounts page, Select Connect with Stripe
4. Enter your Stripe Account Info

Billing: How do I Edit Billing Method / Card Details?

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Billing
3. Select Update Billing Method
4. Enter New Card Details

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Billing
3. Choose Monthly or Yearly
4. Enter Card Details

Billing: What is a Rate & How do I add one?

Rates are what you decide to charge people to park/store their items. You have full control over what you charge. You can set different prices to different Item categories and or spaces. Rates can also be set for varying periods of time such as daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal

To Create a Rate:

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Rates
3. Select New Rate
4. Enter the Rate’s Name (This could be specific such as 49er. Or it could be more general such as Ground spaces or Wide boats)
5. Give the Rate a Description (For Wide Boats description could be: Beam > 2m)
6. Set a Price
7. Set Time Period (Daily or Seasonal)
8. Set the number of Max Bookings (This will mean you won’t become over booked & any more bookings over this number for the item category will go into the waitlist)
9. Select what Item Category or Item Categories will be charged this Rate
10. You can also apply to certain Spaces that will be charged this Rate
11. Select Publish
12. Select Create Rate

Billing: What is a Discount & How do I add one?

Discounts give you more control on how you charge those who stay at your location. A discount is applied to a “Daily Rate”

For example you can set a “10% discount after 7 days”

You can create as many discounts as you like. For example we can have “10% discount after 7 days” & “20% discount after 14 days”

To Create a Discount:

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Discount
3. Select New Discount
4. Enter the % Discount(This could be 0 - 100%)
5. Set the Minimum Booking Days(Discount is applied when the booking is = or > this number of days)
6. Select Create Discount
