Items & Categories: What is a Position?

Position is the rank order that an item, space, area or location show on your list

ie: Position 1 shows first Position 2 shows second etc.

Items & Categories: What is a Category and How do I create one?

A Category defines what different types of items are (eg: class of a boat such as a Waszp). This helps to differentiate boats or items such as trailers on your platform, so you can more easily manage your boat park.

To Create a Category:

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Categories
3. Select New Item Category
4. Enter the Categories name (such as 49er or Waszp ) and you can provide a description

Items & Categories: What is an Item and How do I add one?

Items are the boats, trailers etc. that you will be parking / storing.

An Item can be added to the system manually by yourself.

Each Item gets their own Qr code so you can easily track / log its presence in the future.

To Create a New Item:

1. Go to Items
2. Select New Item
3. Choose an Item Category (Eg: Type of Boat)
4. Input Serial Number (Sail Number)
5. Input Boat Name (Not required)
6. Input Description (Not required)
7. Select Create Item
